I had a regular carving pumpkin that never got carved, and decided to roast it rather than throw it away. Unfortunately, I guess it&#39;s not really an eating pumpkin, and I now have three cups of not-sweet, not-particularly-delicious pumpkin puree in my refrigerator that I&#39;m even more determined not to throw away, now that I went to all the roasting trouble! This looks like JUST the solution I was looking for. Thank you!!<br /><br />Question(s) for you: Does this dough freeze well?
